Beams & Blocks are available from stock. Large quantities can be delivered straight to site, direct from our supplier.
Seventy five percent of all floors now use beam & block flooring. It is a practical solution for both ground and upper floors. For residential homes, a beam and block floor will help to reduce noise transmitted through floors. Concrete floor beams provide a high level of thermal insulation and fire resistance.
Complete beam take off can be done from technical drawing (see example below).
